Thursday 7th August - Sunset Yoga Session
Join us on the 7th August for a relaxing Sunset Yoga practice in the beautiful Sunflower field next to Cowdray’s Maize Maze. This is the perfect moment to come together and experience a mindful practice, enjoy the setting of the sun over the beautiful sunflower fields, and appreciate the peace that comes from being surrounded by nature.
Arrival is encouraged for 6.45pm, with the practice beginning at 7pm. Guests are encouraged to bring thier own mat. As the session draws to a close at 8.15pm, light refreshments will be served leaving you feeling renewed.
